Pricing:

Custom cookies are $3 per cookie with a minimum order of one dozen. Custom sets include up to four designs per dozen and cannot include any copyrighted images or characters.

Accent cookies may be added to any custom order for $18 per dozen. Accent cookies are designs chosen by the cookie designer to compliment your custom set. They are typically smaller cookies and simpler designs, which keeps the price lower.

Logo cookies are priced individually. Please email me for custom logo cookie quotes.

Cookie platters are cookies that fit together to make a larger design. These are popular for holiday celebrations and parties. Platters start at $35 and depend on the size and number of cookies involved. Please email me to get pricing on cookie platters.

Availability:

To check on the current availability of a date, please fill out this form. When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders. Inquiring about the availability of a date does not reserve it for you. Your order is placed and your date reserved only when your order is paid in full.

Placing an Order:

Invoices will be sent to your email address via Square and will give you the option to make a debit or credit card payment. Your invoice is good for 72 hours after it is sent. If it is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to pay with cash, you will be responsible for bringing the payment to me. I do not accept personal checks and will not hold a date without payment.

Picking Up an Order:

The pick-up location for all local orders is at my home at 304 S Willow Street, Ottawa, KS 66067. Your order form will give you a couple of options for pick up times. If you do not come in the time frame you selected, your order will be placed in a cooler on the front porch of my home and I will not be liable for theft or damage.

I no longer offer delivery. If you are unable to pick the cookies up from my home in Ottawa, please select the shipping option when placing your order.

Cancelling an Order:

Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable, but payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up or shipping date. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six months.

If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.

In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the uneaten cookies must be returned within three days to assess their condition and decide on a resolution.

Changing an Order:

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.

Shipping:

I ship cookies within the continental United States. Shipping is $15 for the first two dozen and $5 per dozen after that. When requesting an order that will be shipped, the customer assumes the risk of damaged or broken cookies, shipping delays, or other shipping problems beyond the control of the baker. All claims for damage are to be sought by the customer from the shipping company. There will be no refunds or credits given for cookies that are shipped.
