I price by the individual cookie, not the dozen. This allows you to order any number you need and to customize your order by balancing more expensive cookies with cheaper ones or minis, if desired.

Availability:

When inquiring about the availability of a date, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders. Inquiring about the availability of a date does not reserve it for you. Your order is placed and your date reserved only when your order is paid in full.

For customers wanting to reserve a date in advance before knowing exactly what their order will be, I will reserve a date with a non-refundable $50 retainer fee that will be used to pay for the cookies you order for that date only.

Placing an Order:

After receiving a quote, you will need to tell me exactly how many cookies of each design you would like. I will send you an invoice so you may pay for your order.

The invoice will give you the option to make a debit or credit card payment. If you are paying in cash, you will be responsible for bringing the payment to me. I do not accept personal checks. Your order is not placed until it is paid in full.

Your invoice is good for 72 hours after it is sent. If the invoice is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically.

Delivery:

I deliver for free inside Franklin County, KS. Beyond that area, a delivery fee may apply, or arrangements may be made to meet at a central location. At the time of order, I will need the address where you would like your cookies delivered. Delivery times are typically Friday evenings or Saturday mornings, depending on both of our availability.

Cancelling an Order:

Cancelled orders will receive a credit for the amount paid that will be good for six months. No refunds will be given for cancelled orders. Orders cancelled seven days or less before the event will not receive a credit or refund of any kind.

If an order must be cancelled due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.

All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, the uneaten cookies must be returned within three days to asses their condition and decide if a credit may be issued toward a future order.

Changing an Order:

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.

Shipping:

I ship cookies within the continental United States. Shipping is $15 for the first two dozen and $5 per dozen after that. When requesting an order that will be shipped, the customer assumes the risk of damaged or broken cookies, shipping delays, or other shipping problems beyond the control of the baker. All claims for damage are to be sought by the customer from the shipping company. There will be no refunds or credits given for cookies that are shipped.
